Washington - The Maritime Advisory Committee has decided to hold a meeting on March 24th. They will be discussing their ideal goals for the next two years and review the goals and accomplishments reached in 2006-2008. Also during the meeting they will have a presentation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the OSHA updates, training in ethics, and finally a presentation of the MACOSH (Maritime Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health) workgroups. They are hoping to meet new goals set at the meeting in the next couple of years to help lower the amount of deaths and injuries. The meeting will be on March 24th from 8 to 5, in room N-3437, 200 Constitution Avenue in Washington D.C. If you have any questions or comments for MACOSH, you may submit them until March 17th.
